Courses

We offer several courses to fit the busy schedules of industry professionals that cover various aspects of food safety, including our online courses for the HACCP and Food Safety Certification programs. We deliver course materials, quizzes, assignments, and activities through Moodle, NC State’s online learning management system. We also use Moodle to host forums for active discussion between students and instructors. Currently offered in the spring, summer and fall semesters, these courses can be taken on an individual, as needed basis.
